If you have a desire to make a difference in our world with an impacting witness to a former Communist country, you can get your feet wet in missions or if you have had previous missions experience, you will be re-charged with an opportunity to confirm your missionary heart.
Since 1990, Calvary Commission has reached out to Romania, a
once Communist country in Eastern Europe. Each your this life changing missions
opportunity impacts 100's of lives. Join the team this summer and be a part of
17 years of hands on ministry which includes:
- Relationship Building
- Music and Drama Opportunites
- Sports Evangelism
- Prison Minsitry
- Youth Detention Minstry
- Personal Testimonies
- Youth and Kids Minstry
- Prayer Walks
Arriving in Timisoara (Western Romania), the team will begin orientation and
learn basic language skills. Cultural assimilation will take place through
bonding with youth and other Romanians. After a week of ministry action in
Timisoara, the team steps back in time on a seven hour train ride across the
beautiful Romanian countryside to Sibiu in Transylvania (Central Romania). Our
stay at Sibiu will consist of more ministry, as well as, time to visit the
historic, picturesque city.
 
1. Inoculations are NOT required.
2. Each person is required to have a passport to participate.
3. Must be 16 years of age or older, under 18 must have parental consent form
filled out by parents.
4. Per person cost includes airfare, local transportation, food and housing..
5. Visa issued at airport..
6. $50-$100 in spending money for souvenirs, snacks, eating out, water, is suggested.

Outreach Cost:
$1,500 for flight (price subject to change based on airline fuel cost)
$895 local transportation, food and housing.
Payment Schedule:
Deposit: $250 due with submission of application
$1,500 due 3 months before departure (Airfare prices subject to change)
$645 due 1 month before departure

We here at Calvary Commission offer
short-term mission opportunities to anyone willing to go and serve foreign
people groups.
Our short-term
mission trips will give you a hands on opportunity to serve and testify. If you
