Bill and Naomi Hayes, Assemblies of God evangelists, have been involved in full time evangelism in the states and other countries of the world (Japan, Kenya, Uganda, Mexico, Peru, Russia, Romania, Bahamas, and Canada) for over forty years. Their goal is to turn the hearts of fathers to their children and children to their fathers (Malachi 4:6). They emphasize the importance of the first principle of education - the fear of God (Proverbs 1:7). Bill gives insightful teachings on family and character development that lay again the foundations upon which right relationships and Godly generations are built. He preaches a message that awakens the complacent, deepens conviction that leads to genuine repentance, and inspires a heart faith that produces Christ - like character.
Much of their message is an outgrowth of their family life. Their sons always traveled with them and were home educated by Naomi. Tim is a lawyer with offices in MO and OK. Steve is an A/G missionary in Krasnodar, Russia. God has given them two precious daughters-in-law, eight wonderful granddaughters and two grandsons.
Naomi (wife, mother, educator) often teaches and inspires younger women to love their husbands, train their children, and be guards of their homes (Titus 2:4,5). While music has not been a major focus of their meetings, it has had a significant place through Naomi’s music ministry during the altar service.
Their home has been on the road, whether it has been a trailer, 5th wheel, motor coach or motel room. They usually hook-up their RV right at the church when they are ministering in the U.S.
God has graciously provided for them through the love offerings of churches, though they have never asked for a specified amount.
